Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports safe toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom management best practices. Incorporate standardized testing when appropriate to evaluate developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Support children's physical development through experience teaching physical education activities tailored for young learners. Stay current with best practices in childhood development, early intervention strategies, and childcare regulations. Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children including literacy education, math instruction, and physical activity. Experience teaching children with diverse needs, including special education and early intervention programs. Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect. Effective communication skills for parent engagement, team collaboration, and conveying instructions clearly to young learners. Familiarity with childhood development principles, mandated reporting laws, and child welfare practices.
