Job Description
Ducklings Early Learning Center is currently looking for a creative and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. Must love making new friends, smiling a lot, and going home happily exhausted because you just had The Best Day EVER!!! If you have a passion for working with children, are dedicated to early education, and wish to be surrounded by like-minded individuals, we want you to be a part of our family.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and participate in the smooth running of a loving, Preschool classroom at a highly regarded educational child care center. Care for each child individually, and assess developmental needs of students. Maintain a healthy and safe environment. Communicate positively with parents, co-workers, and management.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
CDA, Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required. Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center preferred. Experience using Teaching Strategies Gold and Tadpoles a plus. Able to furnish required clearances. Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sense of humor encouraged.BENEFITS
