Job Description

We are currently hiring Full time and Part time staff in our center. We are looking for staff who are professional, responsible, engaging, available, and teachable.
Qualifications:
Lead Teacher- Preferably a 4 year degree in early childhood education (or approved major)/or a 2 year degree in an appropriate field/ documented experience/hours in an early childcare setting will be considered as well. Assistant Teachers should have at least a high school diploma. Childcare experience preferred. Responsibilities Provide basic care to toddlers and model Christian principles. Plan, supervise and implement the provided curriculum for children in the class that you are assigned, assist as needed with other classrooms when necessary Maintain a engaging and appropriate learning environment in the classroom Keep daily/weekly logs for each child and communicate activities to parents via email and other mediums Observe and document children's work and development Communicate in a timely and professional manner with families concerning their child's growth and development; address concerns and celebrate milestones Model appropriate behaviors to other staff, children, and families Assume an equal share of general set-up/clean-up responsibilities and beginning or end of the day; maintain a safe and creative environment'
