Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development across cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language domains. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and creative activities tailored to various developmental stages. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies to create a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss concerns, and foster strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and incidents. Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services by adapting instructional methods accordingly. Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification requirements. Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools, daycare centers is helpful. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child development instruction. Knowledge of childhood welfare policies, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies is highly valued. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners. Proven ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment conducive to learning. Certification in first aid and CPR can be obtained through us. Pay:
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
