Duties Assist in supervising infants during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support classroom management by helping implement age-appropriate learning activities focused on infant development and exploration Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages curiosity and comfort for young children Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, milestones, and any concerns Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond promptly to emergencies Collaborate with teachers to observe developmental progress and document milestones in accordance with childhood development standards Qualifications Preferred but not required, prior experience working with infants or young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings. Willingness to obtain certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training is encouraged Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining a nurturing environment Demonstrated classroom management skills and patience when caring for toddlers and infants This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to support early childhood growth while developing their skills in a dynamic educational setting.
