In this role, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate, academically rich lesson plans that blend structured learning with purposeful play. You will observe and assess student progress, differentiate instruction, and maintain clear documentation. The Lead Teacher partners closely with families through regular communication, supports assistant teachers, and collaborates with colleagues. You will uphold school safety and inclusion standards while participating in ongoing training and professional development to grow your teaching practice.
