Position Overview As a Lead Toddler Teacher , you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues. Our teachers help create a positive classroom culture while supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental needs. Position Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.

CDA Pathway:

$0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion. Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills . Ability to collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships with families . Genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's growth and development . Flexibility, organization, and a positive attitude in a dynamic classroom environment.
