Responsibilities As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Plan and implement fun, developmentally appropriate activities Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Build positive relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements and center policies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children Hight School Diploma required An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. A genuine passion for working with young children Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Must meet all Pennsylvania childcare clearance and employment requirements
