Responsibilities Use creative curriculum cloud and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in toddlers. Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and support for each child's unique needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative educational experience. Observe and assess children's progress regularly, documenting developmental milestones in TSG platform and communicating effectively with parents. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and licensing requirements for early childhood education. Lead daily routines including circle time, playtime, snack time, and nap times . Mentor assistant teachers or aides as needed, promoting teamwork within the classroom setting. Experience Prior experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting is preferred. Demonstrated ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for young children. Strong understanding of child development principles specific to the toddler age group. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members. Ability to thrive in a small school environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
