Monday-Friday Shifts:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00

PM Pay:

$17.50-$19.00 per hour Rate offered will be based on experience, education, credentials, and qualifications. CDA, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred/required based on applicable licensing requirements. As a Preschool Teacher, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on, age-appropriate learning experiences. Encourage children to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's development, experiences, and accomplishments. Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide high-quality care and education. Participate in training, professional development, and center activities. What We're Looking For We are seeking educators who: Have a genuine passion for working with and educating young children. Have 1-3 years of professional teaching experience , preferably in an early childhood setting. Have a CDA, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field , as applicable to state licensing requirements.
