Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Provider to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love of learning. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help children thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote child development, including preschool curriculum and early childhood education strategies Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child welfare or safety Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs of infants and toddlers as required Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) to ensure safety in emergency situations Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and childhood development principles Ability to engage children through nurturing care, patience, and creativity Relevant certifications such as early childhood education credentials or nannying experience are advantageous Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where children can grow confidently!
