Early Childhood Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early childhood teacher to join our team. This role involves implementing engaging curricula that promote child development, from toddlers to preschool-aged students. Duties Implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students while ensuring a safe learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns related to their child's welfare. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Providing daily care for children including but not limited to meal-time prep, diapering/potty training and assisting with nap time. Requirements Previous experience working with children in educational settings such as a daycare center or a private school is essential. Strong understanding of childhood development, behavior management techniques, and education strategies. Familiarity with lesson planning and implementing. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery among young learners. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Must have availability between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm.

$15.50 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
