Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers Observe and document children's progress Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy classroom Follow all state licensing and health & safety requirements Collaborate with teammates to create a positive school culture Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience working with young children preferred Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff Passion for early childhood education and child development Ability to meet all state background check and health requirements Why Join Our Team?
