Full-Time or Part-Time Are you passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment for children? We're looking for a caring, dependable Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Supervisor to join our growing childcare team!
What You'll Do:
Support the daily care, safety, and supervision of children ages 6 weeks-12 years (primary classroom at this time would be infants ages 6 weeks through 15 months) Help implement fun, age-appropriate activities Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all center policies and licensing regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (minimum) At least 2 years (2,500+ documented hours) experience working with children A love for helping kids learn, grow, and explore Reliability, professionalism, and great communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered environment
