Job Description
Role Purpose ECE Lead Teachers support a calm, predictable classroom where children feel safe, accepted, seen, and capable. Those are NOT just words. This role is child-centered, hands-on, active, and focus on engaging with children, supporting routines, and following classroom practices consistently.
