Role Purpose ECE Lead Teachers support a calm, predictable classroom where children feel safe, accepted, seen, and capable. Those are NOT just words. This role is child-centered, hands-on, active, and focus on engaging with children, supporting routines, and following classroom practices consistently. Core Responsibilities Child Engagement & Supervision Classroom Management Knowledge of DAP Lesson Planning Effective Team Communication What This Role Is Not An observational role A role where children are redirected without support A role where expectations change day-to-day A role that relies on "trying hard" instead of following through What We're Looking For Reliability and consistency Comfort engaging with children on the floor and throughout the center Willingness to follow established practices Openness to feedback and learning Calm presence, even during busy moments Training and support are provided.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
