Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Worker, aide, and or Teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this role, you will support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering positive social interactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during their formative years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while developing your skills in early childhood education. Responsibilities Execute engaging activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care routines. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety and well-being. Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and organized environment conducive to learning. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavioral observations. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development and daily experiences. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and emergency protocols. Qualifications Childcare clearances, Certification in first aid and CPR is required, or willingness to obtain clearances. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive social interactions. Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience for working with young children. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and supporting their developmental milestones.
