Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools Patience with the elderly residents Open to caring for animals Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries or concerns from staff or visitors Experience in residential painting is a plus Yard work, trimming, mulching, weeding Putting away food truck deliveries Join our team as a Maintenance Person where your skills will contribute significantly to the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
