Step by Step is currently seeking assistant teachers to provide teaching support across all age groups and classrooms (infants, toddlers, and pre-k), as well as experienced teachers to join our classroom co-teaching teams. We are excited to meet with both experienced and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn more about the field! Starting compensation will be based on ECE credentials and years of experience in the field, within the listed range.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8-hour daytime shifts Mon-Fri (for example, 8:30am-5:30pm with 1-hour lunch break daily). Part-time ( very limited positions ), afternoon shifts Mon-Fri (for example, 1-5pm)

Assistants:

Stepping in for classroom teachers as needed for bathroom breaks and planning time

Assistants:
