What You'll Do As a Senior or Lead Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by: Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Building strong relationships with children and families. Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Partnering with your team to provide high-quality care and education. Bringing your ideas and experience to a team that is committed to continuous improvement. Serving as a positive role model and contributing to a supportive team culture. For Lead Teacher opportunities, providing classroom leadership and helping guide and support other educators. What You'll Need Meet state-specific qualifications for the position or be willing to obtain them. CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. CDA or willingness to obtain, as applicable to the position. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and lift at least 40 pounds. Ability to get down to children's level and actively engage with them throughout the day. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English. Help Us Build Something Better.
