Job Description
We are seeking positive and caring staff for Excel Academic Center. We are a fast growing daycare center and are looking for part time and full time Assistant position. We are looking for part time or full time Monday-Friday. Candidate have to meet one of the following Assistant teacher requirements:
- AA degree or enrolled and at least a year of documented experience in the field. A CDA is also acceptable.
- At least two years documented experience and high school diploma or GED .
- A high school diploma or GED are required for those currently enrolled in college/university along with college transcript All state mandated clearance and training are required within 90 days from start date Must provide a physical, one previous related field reference and two non-family personal reference Pay is based off the documented hours/years that are provable

In person Responsibilities- Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for children.
- Support classroom management by supervising children and maintaining a safe environment. Keep classroom clean and organized.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively.
- Assist in curriculum development and implementation based on child development principles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive learning environment for all children.
