Job Description

Bloom Early Education Centers are currently hiring child care aides for their Swoyersville location. Monday through Friday 7am to 12:30 pm Or Monday Through Friday 12-6pm Or If you are a local college student, you must be able to work the minimum of 7-9 am or 3-6pm Monday through Friday. Staff who work hard and interact well with the students move up to full time as an opening occurs. We value relationships, positive relationships between:

We value children and providing the best experience for each child. We also value education, above all else educated staff. We provide many hours of paid training; we have an onsite staff coach to help guide you and we offer FREE college to all employees after they have been employed with us for 6 months. We are looking for staff that also value their education and are interested in continuing their education through the TEACH program. Through the TEACH program you will receive free college credits towards your degree and teaching certification in Early Childhood Education; you will also be paid for the hours you attend class. By the end of the program, you will be qualified to teach Preschool- 3rd grade in public or private school. You would also be quailed to teach Pre-K Counts which we offer right here at the centers. We are looking forward to working with kind individuals who take child care seriously and understand the importance of caring and educating young children. Keeping the children healthy, safe and loved. We are open 6 am to 6pm additional hours may be scheduled as we need. All staff receive deeply discounted childcare only $15 to $30 per day. Pay rates $15 per hour for new staff with no Early Childhood college credits Once you have earned at least 9 credits in Early Childhood Education then the pay goes up to $15.50 per hour. $17.35 Staff with an AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field $18.35 staff with a Bachelor's Degree in ECE and an teaching certification in ECE. Full time staff receive .50 cents more per hour.
