Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Room Teacher, where your passion for nurturing and caring for the youngest learners will make a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and social-emotional development Monitor and document each infant's progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform ongoing care plans Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's daily experiences and developmental progress Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards Collaborate with colleagues to create cohesive lesson plans and share best practices for infant care and classroom management Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for infants Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage a classroom environment with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm Commitment to creating a nurturing space that supports early childhood education standards Join us in fostering joyful learning moments from the very first steps!
