Part-Time, Monday-Friday (flexible based on enrollment) About the Role Kreative Bears Preschool® is hiring a caring, reliable Classroom Teacher to support our growing program. Our approach is play-based and inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia, focusing on independence, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences. You'll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting daily routines and child development. What You'll Do Supervise children within PA DHS ratios (must be able to be left alone in ratio) Support daily routines, activities, and transitions Maintain a clean, safe classroom Use positive guidance and restorative practices Communicate with team members and families Assist with attendance and daily documentation Qualifications (Required) High school diploma or GED Meets PA DHS Assistant Group Supervisor (AGS) qualifications, including: CDA or 30+ ECE credits or 2+ years documented childcare experience Able to obtain PA clearances CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain within 30 days) Additional Info Hours may vary during opening phase Growth opportunities as enrollment increases Supportive, team-focused environment Apply today to join a program focused on hands-on learning, structure, and strong relationships.
