Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap schedules while maintaining a nurturing environment Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences of children Engage children with educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that promote learning and creativity Support children with disabilities by implementing specialized care plans and fostering an inclusive environment Maintain household cleanliness through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and general living spaces Offer personal transportation assistance for school runs, appointments, or outings as needed Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations following proper protocols to ensure safety at all times Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and needs Skills Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or private homes Strong knowledge of childcare practices including infant care, toddler care, meal preparation, and developmental activities Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR to respond effectively during emergencies Excellent cleaning skills with residential housekeeping experience to maintain a tidy environment Ability to provide personal transportation assistance safely and responsibly Demonstrated patience, compassion, and adaptability when caring for multiple children or those with specific needs Effective communication skills for collaborating with families and team members This role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing young minds while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
