Part-Time | In Person Position Overview The Kinder Prep Teacher will create a warm, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom where young learners can explore, discover, and grow. This role focuses on kindergarten readiness through hands-on learning, play-based exploration, social-emotional development, and faith formation. The ideal candidate has a strong Christian faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a genuine heart for young children, excellent classroom management skills, and experience working with early learners in traditional, homeschool, Montessori, or early childhood settings.

Salary Range:

Experience teaching young children in an early childhood, preschool, kindergarten, homeschool, or private school setting. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational practices. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with families, teachers, and administration. Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Homeschool teaching experience. Montessori training or classroom experience. Experience in a Christian school environment. Florida teaching certification or equivalent teaching experience. CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons in literacy, math, science, social studies, and enrichment activities. Utilize positive classroom management techniques that promote self-regulation and responsibility. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth, progress, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to create a cohesive educational experience. Adapt instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
