  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their growth and development in a safe and stimulating environment. We are a Reggio Emilia program.
  • Duties:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs for young children
  • Utilize specialized techniques such as , , and methods to support diverse learning needs
  • Conduct obsevations forn ​assessments, ​and to track children's progress
  • Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment conducive to daiy ​learning.
  • Provide strategies to support children with developmental delays
  • Offer individualized when necessary to enhance learning outcomes
  • Implement effective strategies to promote positive behavior
  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure holistic child development
  • Engage in activities to enhance teaching practices
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care. Light housekeeping duties to ensure health and safety.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in or early childhood education, new students are welcome!
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with techniques and best practices, as well as knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy, or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
