We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring educator to join our toddler classroom, serving children approximately 2 to 3 years old. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy creating meaningful experiences that encourage exploration, confidence, communication, and social growth during the earliest years of childhood. Our program values child-led learning, strong relationships, and hands-on experiences that allow children to investigate the world around them at their own pace. We are seeking a teacher who brings creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners every day. Key Responsibilities Foster a safe, engaging, and welcoming classroom environment where children feel valued and secure Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development Encourage curiosity through play-based learning, sensory exploration, music, movement, and creative experiences Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate developmental observations and records Build positive partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration Support daily routines, including transitions, meals, diapering/toileting, and rest periods Work closely with fellow educators to maintain a consistent, supportive learning environment Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning setting Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice Ability to create engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and collaborative approach to teamwork EEC certification or eligibility to obtain certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus What We Offer We recognize that exceptional educators are the foundation of a strong program.
