The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every area is spotless and inviting. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making spaces shine, we would love to hear from you. Duties Travel to and from each job, reliable transportation required. Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc. Manage floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively while adhering to company protocols. Assist with custodial duties in shared spaces, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
