As the cornerstone of early childhood education at our institution, you will lead classroom activities, develop age-appropriate curricula, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a vibrant learning space where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore their world. Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes social-emotional growth, behavior management, and inclusive learning experiences for children of diverse backgrounds. Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, standardized testing where applicable, and ongoing documentation to tailor instruction effectively Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support their involvement in the learning process Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth transitions throughout the day Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with additional needs or developmental delays Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration while adhering to health and safety regulations Skills High School Diploma or GED and must be willing to obtain CDA. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Proven experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques for preschool-aged children Strong curriculum development skills across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare fundamentals Ability to work effectively with children from toddlers through preschool age groups; experience with daycare or private school settings is preferred Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for early learners Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate tutoring strategies and hands-on activities for young learners Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable Classroom and center responsabilities Join us in shaping the future by nurturing curious minds today!
