Job Description

  • Job Duties
  • With a team of Toddler teachers, collaboratively develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Toddler aged children
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and play-based learning
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and a respectful learning environment
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Toddler-aged children, preferably in a daycare or classroom setting
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
  • Familiarity with behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors in the classroom
  • Commitment to the well-being and welfare of children, ensuring their safety at all times

will be based on experience and education.
