Duties Assist lead teachers with lesson planning, curriculum development, and implementing age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood education standards. Help organize educational materials, learning technology tools, and classroom resources to facilitate engaging learning experiences. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meal times, nap periods, and special activities to ensure safety at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities to foster strong home-school connections Contribute to maintaining compliance with educational regulations and health & safety standards within the daycare environment. Requirements Prior experience working with children in childcare settings or early childhood education environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals, and physical education activities suitable for young learners. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student success. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Experience supporting students with special needs or disabilities is highly desirable.
