If you're someone who loves making children laugh, getting messy with art projects, singing way too loudly during circle time, and watching little minds grow—we want to meet you! What You'll Do Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment Implement fun, age-appropriate activities Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Follow classroom curriculum and Rhode Island Early Learning Developmental Standards (RIELDS) Build positive relationships with children and families Work as part of a supportive teaching team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Document children's learning and development Be a positive role model for the children and your fellow teachers What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with young children Reliable, responsible, and dependable Positive and energetic Patient and nurturing A team player who communicates professionally Creative and willing to get involved Committed to learning and growing as an educator Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right person!
