Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Your role will involve implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care. Responsibilities Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with relevant preschool experience. Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, private schools, or special education environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to teach physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers. Understanding of Montessori principles is a plus, along with experience in toddler care. Pay:
$11.00 - $14.00 per hour
