Duties Develop and implement comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum plans tailored to 3-year-olds, incorporating elements of literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable Manage daily classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages active participation and social development Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support positive interactions and emotional regulation among children Conduct ongoing assessments of each child's developmental progress using standardized testing tools and observational techniques; adapt lesson plans accordingly Collaborate with families through regular communication about their child's growth, milestones, and any special educational needs related to early intervention or special education programs Lead classroom management efforts by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in childcare settings Support children with diverse needs by integrating early intervention strategies and providing individualized attention when necessary Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored for preschool-aged children Familiarity with special education concepts, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education suitable for toddlers Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Experience working with children in daycare or private school environments; Montessori training is a plus Demonstrated skill in tutoring or supporting children through standardized testing or targeted learning activities Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong success!
