Childcare Toddler Teacher Adora Early Learning Academy at Innovation is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who loves working with young children and wants to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions . Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities. Follow Adora ELA curriculum and South Carolina Early Learning Standards . Provide attentive care , including feeding, diapering, toileting, and other daily needs. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly and professionally with families. Provide daily indoor and outdoor learning experiences. Follow South Carolina childcare licensing requirements and center policies. Work collaboratively with teachers and administration. Participate in required training and professional development. Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility OR a degree/coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field . Passion for working with young children. Dependable, punctual, flexible, and a positive team player. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to pass required background checks and licensing screenings. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, sit on the floor, and participate in activities with children.
