What You'll Do:
Design play-based, engaging learning experiences. Create a safe, joyful environment where children feel respected, and families feel welcomed. Partner with families to share progress and milestones. Collaborate with co-teachers and the leadership team to keep ideas fresh and classrooms thriving. Bring the Circle of Care philosophy to life with every child.
What You Bring:
Extensive experience in a childcare or early childhood setting (required) BS/Associates degree preferred Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children and families Passion, creativity, and a love for helping young learners grow
