Covenant Christian Academy is hiring a K3 Lead Teacher - Covenant Christian Academy in Greer, SC Summary Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Lead Teacher for our K3 classroom. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment that supports the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of three-year-old children. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate daily activities and lessons. Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment. Guide children's social, emotional, and behavioral development. Communicate effectively with parents and school administration. Maintain classroom organization and compliance with DSS regulations. Collaborate with assistant teachers and other staff members. Requirements Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Covenant Christian Academy.
