Daycare Teacher Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
• Provide daily care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Skills:

• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to educate and engage young children in a classroom setting
• Strong classroom management skills to ensure a productive learning environment
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain one
• Experience or education in early childhood education
• Excellent caregiving skills to meet the needs of young children
• Experience working with diverse groups of students
