Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines. Observe and document developmental progress and communicate with families. Collaborate with coworkers to develop and improve classroom activities and curriculum. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials.
