Looking for a part time childcare worker who meets the following criteria:

• Six months experience in a DSS licensed early childhood center preferred
• Must have or willing to obtain

CPR/FIRST AID

• Willing to provide fingerprints / TB test / High School diploma or equivalent
• Dependable and will adhere to our attendance policy
• Works well with others and values good communication and honesty
• Has a love and passion for children in their early stages of life

Hours :

Monday

• Friday 2:30PM
• 5:30

PM Job Description:

• Caring for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age
• Covering the classroom for lead teachers to end their shift
• Closing duties which include: Taking out the trash, cleaning the work space, disinfecting toys and common touch areas, ensuring the room is stocked with essential items for the next business day, etc.
• Helping with dismissal and ensuring each child is going home with approved caregiver
• Maintaining a cleanly work environment
• Keeping up with required trainings
• Following DSS regulations and other policies / procedures
• potential for increased hours when other staff are absent or on vacation.

If full time is desired will offer to part time employee first as it becomes available.
