We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social skills, and foundational learning. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the minds of our future generations while fostering a love for learning through innovative teaching methods and personalized attention. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and creative activities aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages social interaction, emotional growth, and positive behavior management. Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas such as language development, cognitive skills, and motor abilities, including standardized testing when applicable. Engage children in hands-on activities that promote childhood development, including toddler care and early intervention strategies for children with special needs. Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth daily operations while maintaining classroom management best practices. Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Participate in ongoing professional development related to Montessori methods, childcare best practices, and early intervention techniques to enhance teaching effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development and literacy education strategies. Knowledge of special education needs and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners. Familiarity with classroom management tools and behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Montessori or toddler care are a plus.
