Role:

The Learning Experience in Tega Cay, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing experienced Preschool 2 Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-based lesson plans for preschool-aged children Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-child development Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare safety standards

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or classroom setting Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare professionals in South Carolina Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for early education
