Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for babies
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and participation
• Assess behaviors and progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom behavior
• Incorporate physical education activities into daily lesson plans to promote physical development Take lead in the evening guiding the other staff as well as handling management tasks in the evening.

Skills:

• Experience working with toddlers and providing age-appropriate care and education
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and ability to apply them in the classroom setting
• Familiarity with child welfare practices and ability to ensure the well-being of students
