Our Little Treasures Early Learning Academy is looking for compassionate, motivated individuals with big hearts to join our team! We are passionate about creating a loving, nurturing home away from home where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are currently hiring full-time Infant/Toddler, Younger 3-Year-Old, and Float Teachers/Assistants . If you love working with children, have a strong work ethic, communicate well, and enjoy being part of a team, we would love to meet you! About the Position Our classrooms are fast-paced and rewarding. Team members should be flexible, dependable, energetic, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing loving, attentive care to a group of children Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Engaging children through play, hands-on activities, music, and preschool learning Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs Preparing and serving meals and snacks Assisting children with daily hygiene and personal care Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom Communicating effectively with coworkers and families Following all daycare policies and safety procedures Qualifications A genuine love for children and a desire to make a positive difference in their lives Dependable and responsible work ethic Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid certification required, or willingness to complete training upon hire CDA credential is preferred, or willingness to begin the CDA process Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required What We Offer
