Overview Real Life Childcare Center is a faith-based, play-based program and ministry of Real Life Church of the Nazarene. We provide a safe, nurturing environment for children from birth to age five while supporting families with dependable, high-quality care. We are looking for a caring and dependable Assistant Caregiver to support our lead teachers in providing a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered classroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and being part of a positive, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist in caring for children ages birth-5 Support play-based learning activities and classroom routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Assist with meals, naps, and transitions Engage positively with children through play, supervision, and guidance Communicate respectfully with team members and families Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements Experience Experience with young children preferred Passion for working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow classroom plans CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check Join us in creating joyful learning experiences where every child feels valued and supported!
