Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Monitor children's behavior and apply positive behavior management techniques to encourage good conduct Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed Skills Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, nannying or babysitting roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Ability to engage children through creative play, educational activities, and nurturing interactions Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members This full-time position offers an energetic environment where your passion for caring for children can truly flourish.
