Little Explorers Early Learning Program is on the hunt for a Part-Time Early Learning Coordinator / Preschool Classroom Assistant to join our morning crew. If you light up around little humans and love a good glitter-and-glue kind of day, this one's for you. Little Explorers is a small, cozy early learning program right here in Rapid City where creativity, exploration, and good old-fashioned play come first. We're big on teamwork, patience, and keeping things calm and happy so our kiddos can learn, grow, and be their wonderfully curious selves. What You'll Be Doing Helping mornings run smoothly, from arrival to circle time Diving into art projects, sensory play, and group activities (yes, glitter included) Keeping an eye on our little explorers during play and learning time Pitching in to keep the classroom clean, tidy, and ready for adventure Teaming up with our staff to keep the vibes positive Following our safety procedures so every day is a good day What We're Looking For Someone reliable who shows up on time, ready to go A genuine love for toddlers and preschoolers Comfortable jumping into play and activities alongside kids A team player through and through Able to pass a background check No experience needed.
