Infant Teacher (Full-Time) Bee Kids Preschool Learning Center - Bartlett, TN Do you believe the first year of life lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning? Bee Kids Preschool is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who understands that caring for infants is about so much more than feeding and diaper changes—it's about building secure relationships, fostering healthy development, and creating an environment where babies feel safe, loved, and valued every day. Our ideal candidate has previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or early learning environment and understands how to balance the nurturing needs of infants while maintaining a well-organized, engaging, and compliant classroom. About Bee Kids Bee Kids Preschool is a locally owned, play-based preschool dedicated to partnering with families in fostering a rich and rewarding childhood full of love, discovery, and learning. We believe children thrive in environments where they feel known, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months. Foster secure attachments through consistent, responsive caregiving. Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Follow all DHS licensing regulations and Bee Kids policies. Communicate professionally and positively with parents each day. Work collaboratively with your teaching team and leadership. Support children's physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and language development. Qualifications Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred. Experience caring for infants is required. Warm, patient, and nurturing personality. Strong classroom organization and time management skills. Dependable and team-oriented. Excellent communication with families and coworkers. Must pass all required background checks and meet Tennessee childcare requirements.
