Since 1999, we have been committed to providing excellent care to children six weeks through 12 years of age. Drop-in child care is different from a traditional daycare setting. We have regulars who come often, but there is a different mix of children every day. We are looking for a caring and compassionate Child Care Provider who seeks to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility. Some nights and weekend availability is a requirement for this job. Previous child care experience required.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and interact with children in a fun and compassionate manner Ensure the safety of children at all times Implement creative activities to assist with child development Create a positive and nurturing environment for children Perform a variety of tasks, such as changing diapers, preparing and feeding meals, and overseeing play Check customers in and communicate details about the child's stay to parents when checking out

Qualifications:

Previous experience with childcare or other related fields required Passionate about working with children Ability to build relationships with children and their parents Positive and patient demeanor Comfortable operating a computer and processing credit cards Willingness to work nights and weekends Reliable transportation to and from work CPR required within 90 days (company will pay for training)
