Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery/Preschool Teacher to join our team at Fellowship Bible Church at our Brentwood or Franklin campus. We have a growing Bible study with lots of children who need a loving person to care for them. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development of young children. They will work alongside another coteacher and have support from our childcare team. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall experience for students. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Qualifications A love for working with children and a foundation of Biblical faith. Experience working with young children in a preschool or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in curriculum implementation tailored to early childhood education standards. Ability to provide toddler-preschool care while ensuring a nurturing atmosphere for all children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners.
